What does Nexicycle do?
Nexicycle Private Limited is a waste management company headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, serving clients across India with a main focus on North India. We offer waste pickup and segregation, recycling, safe disposal, waste-to-energy, waste collection vehicles and waste and ESG compliance consultancy for homes, housing societies, businesses, industries and municipal bodies.
What are wet, dry, sanitary and special-care waste?
They are the four streams that the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026 require you to keep separate. Wet waste is food and garden waste. Dry waste is paper, plastic, metal, glass and cartons. Sanitary waste is diapers, sanitary pads and used masks. Special-care waste is household hazardous waste such as paint cans, used batteries, CFLs, expired medicines and pesticide cans.
Is our housing society or office a bulk waste generator?
Under the SWM Rules, 2026 you are a bulk waste generator if you have 20,000 square metres or more of built-up area, use 40,000 litres or more of water a day, or generate 100 kg or more of solid waste a day. Bulk waste generators must process wet waste on site or obtain EBWGR certificates, register on the CPCB portal and file an annual return by 30 June.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve clients across India, with our main focus on North India: Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. Our head office is in Noida. Share your location and we will confirm how we can serve you.
How do I book a waste pickup?
Fill in the pickup form on this website with your waste type, PIN code and phone number, or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm a slot and, for regular service, set a fixed pickup schedule.
How much does waste pickup cost?
One-time pickups are priced by quantity and type. Regular service for societies and businesses has a monthly price based on daily quantity, streams, frequency and distance. Recyclable scrap can lower the bill, as it may be bought back. We give a written quote before you start.
How do I legally dispose of old laptops and phones?
E-waste must go to a producer’s take-back system or a CPCB-registered recycler or refurbisher. Nexicycle collects e-waste and hands it only to registered recyclers, and can provide recycling and data-destruction certificates.
What happens to my waste after pickup?
Wet waste becomes compost or biogas. Dry recyclables are sorted and sent to registered recyclers. Non-recyclable combustibles can become refuse-derived fuel for cement kilns. Sanitary and special-care waste go to authorised treatment facilities. Only inert residue goes to a scientific landfill.
Will I receive certificates for compliance?
Yes. Depending on the service you receive weighment slips, certificates of recycling, certificates of destruction or disposal, and monthly reports that support bulk waste generator returns, EPR filings and ESG reporting.
What is EPR, and does my brand need to register?
Extended Producer Responsibility makes producers, importers and brand owners responsible for collecting and recycling the plastic packaging, electronics, batteries or tyres they sell. If your business puts these on the Indian market, you are likely to need registration on the relevant CPCB portal.
Do you handle bio-medical waste?
Bio-medical waste must be treated at an authorised Common Bio-medical Waste Treatment Facility (CBWTF). We help clinics and healthcare units set up correct segregation and connect them with an authorised CBWTF, and we collect their general, recyclable and e-waste.
Who removes construction debris (malba)?
Nexicycle collects construction and demolition waste and delivers it to authorised C&D processing plants. From 1 April 2026, builders of projects of 20,000 square metres or more also carry EPR under the C&D Waste Rules, 2025; our consultancy team can help with that.
What is waste-to-energy, and is it safe?
Waste-to-energy recovers energy from waste, for example biogas from food waste, or refuse-derived fuel (RDF) from non-recyclable dry waste for cement kilns. Biomethanation and composting are low-emission biological processes, and RDF co-processing happens at high temperature under Pollution Control Board norms.
Do you supply garbage collection vehicles to municipal bodies?
Yes. We supply, lease and operate waste collection vehicles, including electric loaders, hopper tippers, refuse compactors and hook loaders, with options for partitioned wet and dry bodies and GPS tracking.
Can you help with ESG and BRSR waste reporting?
Yes. We provide stream-wise waste data, diversion rates and supporting certificates in the format needed for sustainability and BRSR reports, and can run a waste audit to set a baseline.
Is Nexicycle a registered company?
Yes. Nexicycle Private Limited was incorporated on 18 March 2025 under the Companies Act, 2013, with Corporate Identification Number U39000UP2025PTC219271, registered with RoC Uttar Pradesh II. Its registered office is in Sector 34, Noida.
